We are looking for a highly organized Membership Operations Coordinator to support U.S.-based families by managing customer intake, coordinating caregiver interviews, assisting with payroll setup, and arranging transportation. You will also update CRM records, handle support requests, and maintain operational consistency. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Manage incoming sales leads and assist with outreach efforts using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot or similar).

  • Coordinate caregiver interviews, support the hiring process, and oversee onboarding steps.

  • Provide concierge-level support to subscriber families, including:

    • Assisting with payroll setup in collaboration with third-party providers.

    • Arranging transportation (e.g., via Uber Health).

    • Managing intake forms, documents, and e-signatures.

  • Ensure accurate CRM and membership records by maintaining and organizing data.

  • Proactively communicate with families to meet timelines and exceed expectations.

  • Monitor support requests and escalate sensitive issues when necessary.

  • Contribute to maintaining internal workflows and documentation to ensure consistency in operations.


Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience as a Membership Operations Coordinator, ideally in the home care, healthcare, or service industries.

  • Familiarity with tools such as DocuSign, Uber Health, or payroll providers (e.g., HomePay).

  • Strong experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, phone systems, etc.).

  • Exceptional written and spoken English, with a professional and friendly communication style.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple customer workflows simultaneously.

  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude, with a willingness to jump in wherever needed.

  • Prior experience supporting a U.S.-based team and working in U.S. time zones.
