We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Membership Accounting Administrator to support account changes, billing operations, and membership database management. This role ensures smooth and accurate back-office processes by handling data entry, email responses, and coordination with internal teams. What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Answer member emails and process change requests to accounts

  • Set up billing for Personal Training, Pilates, Aquatics, and Group Training services

  • Manage new and terminated employee memberships

  • Maintain and update wellness program databases

  • Ensure billing and membership records are accurate and up to date

  • Collaborate with club staff to resolve membership or accounting concerns

  • Meet all monthly operational deadlines

  • Follow internal membership and accounting policies

  • Participate in team trainings and department meetings

  • Complete assigned special projects and administrative tasks


Who are we looking for?

  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy

  • Proficient in writing and responding to professional emails

  • Excellent attention to detail (especially with billing/account information)

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Strong communication and coordination skills

  • Ability to work on holidays and weekends as needed

  • Highly organized and dependable

  • Prior experience in back-office, admin, or billing roles is a plus
