What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Handle escalated customer issues with urgency and care
  • Answer inbound calls and chats from multiple accounts
  • Respond to inquiries from various channels: email, voicemail, fax, and phone
  • Process new customer orders and provide order updates
  • Resolve service concerns by assessing customer needs and determining best solutions
  • Provide accurate product and service information
  • Recommend related or promotional products to drive additional sales
  • Maintain strong attendance, punctuality, and adaptability
  • Foster positive relationships with both internal teams and customers
  • Share best practices to support team success
  • Consistently achieve sales and service level targets
  • Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned


Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience

  • Experience in billing and invoice processing

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Must submit an audio clip (voice sample)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Charts, etc.
