We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support our legal team with document management, data tracking, and coordination across departments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining legal records, supporting electronic signature workflows, and generating reports that reflect team performance. This role is essential in ensuring smooth and efficient legal operations within the organization.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Organize and manage legal documents by saving them to shared drives and uploading to the document management system or contract database.

  • Tag, classify, and maintain legal records for easy retrieval and reporting.

  • Track and follow up on missing signatures, outstanding contract actions, and incomplete documentation.

  • Support DocuSign workflows by sending, monitoring, and confirming completion of electronic signature requests.

  • Generate monthly and annual reports summarizing contract volumes, legal team activities, and key metrics.

  • Create PowerPoint presentations to visually report legal team outputs, such as contract reviews and completions.

  • Coordinate legal team initiatives with cross-functional departments such as Finance, Procurement, and Sales.

  • Assist in onboarding new legal team members, including access setup, orientation, and documentation sharing.

  • Provide administrative and operational support as needed.


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Paralegal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in legal operations, paralegal support, or legal administrative roles.

  • Proven ability to manage legal documentation, including organizing files, tagging records, and maintaining shared drives or contract databases.

  • Familiarity with document management systems and electronic signature platforms such as DocuSign.

  • Prior experience working in-house within a corporate legal department is an advantage.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
