​We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy IT and Cyber Administrator to support enterprise-wide access provisioning, system integrations, and vendor oversight. This role plays a key part in ensuring secure, efficient operations across platforms like Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Azure while maintaining compliance, cybersecurity, and system documentation. You’ll partner with internal teams and external vendors to streamline onboarding, manage licenses, and optimize file structures—making you an integral part of the company’s digital backbone.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

IT Operations & User Access Management

  • Handle onboarding/offboarding access: setup, provisioning, deactivation of accounts and permissions.

  • Administer access for Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, shared mailboxes, and distribution lists.

  • Respond to internal IT admin requests (e.g., email aliases, Teams access, download permissions).

  • Track and manage hardware/equipment orders and requests.

Vendor Management & Technology Contracts

  • Maintain accurate software contract inventory, license terms, costs, and renewal schedules.

  • Notify leadership of renewals, cost changes, or vendor issues promptly.

SharePoint & File Structure Administration

  • Administer SharePoint users, groups, permissions, and content updates.

  • Audit and improve file organization across departments.

  • Troubleshoot dashboard errors, broken links, and permission issues.

Cybersecurity & Compliance

  • Run and act on PII scans using Barracuda; ensure redaction or deletion within required timelines.

  • Support execution of Cyber Risk & Compliance calendar items with leadership/legal.

  • Monitor suspicious activity in coordination with the external IT vendor.

  • Send cyber awareness updates and run phishing/attack simulations.

Azure & Systems Integration

  • Support Azure setup and maintenance: user provisioning, identity sync, and security groups.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and adjust integration configurations.


Who are we looking for?

  • 2+ years of experience in an IT AdministratorSystems Coordinator, or Help Desk role (internal teams or MSPs welcome)

  • Hands-on experience managing user access, permissions, and security groups in Microsoft 365SharePoint, and Azure

  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, including PII protection and access control

  • Strong skills in documentationspreadsheet tracking, and software contract management

  • Ability to audit digital file structures and recommend improvements in organization and access governance
