What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

White-Glove Investor Service

  • Provide tailored, professional support to fund investors with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Manage investor requests and ensure timely, complete follow-through.

Content Creation & Communication

  • Collaborate with internal experts to develop investor newsletters, fund updates, and marketing materials.

  • Maintain and update website content to reflect current fund performance and strategy.

Event Support & Relationship Management

  • Support investor meetings, webinars, and events, ensuring a flawless experience.

  • Track investor engagement and identify opportunities to deepen relationships.

Digital & Social Media Management

  • Design and implement creative social media campaigns showcasing fund performance and insights.

  • Monitor analytics to improve digital communication strategies.

Market & Data Analysis

  • Analyze market trends and investor sentiment to support data-driven communication.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate reporting of fund metrics.


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred

  • Experience in data analysis and digital/social media management

  • Graphic design skills and familiarity with HubSpot CRM

  • Understanding of the KYC process and investor onboarding

  • Proficient in MS Office, with excellent communication skills

  • Strong basic finance knowledge
