We are looking for a proactive and organized Instructor Operations Coordinator to join our Academic Operations team. In this role, you will support the success of our instructors by managing day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring compliance with academic processes, and facilitating smooth communication between departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, empathetic, and capable of handling a high volume of communication while maintaining professionalism and efficiency. What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Maintain regular weekly communication with instructors to ensure timely completion of class preparation activities and assigned tasks.

  • Monitor and follow up on instructor compliance with operational protocols, including attendance tracking, class preparation submissions, and required reporting.

  • Provide daily operational support to instructors, addressing issues promptly and coordinating with internal departments as necessary.

  • Actively troubleshoot and resolve problems to ensure the smooth delivery of classes and minimize disruptions.

  • Keep detailed and accurate records of instructor task completion and escalate performance concerns to the Operations leadership team when necessary.

  • Support the onboarding and training of new instructors, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to navigate operational processes effectively.

  • Work collaboratively with the curriculum and student services teams to ensure instructor needs are aligned with course requirements and institutional goals.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance both the instructor and student experience.


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Education, Psychology, Administration, or a related field (background in Dentistry is a plus).

  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role within an educational or administrative environment.

  • Experience working with online learning platforms and CRM systems.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).

  • Familiarity with Canvas or other learning management systems (LMS).

  • Comfortable managing a high volume of both inbound and outbound communication.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Demonstrated empathy, professionalism, and a support-driven approach focused on instructor success.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and proactively address potential challenges.

  • Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail and thorough documentation practices.
