What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Maintain consistent weekly communication with instructors to support timely completion of class preparations and assigned tasks.

  • Monitor and follow up on instructor compliance with key operational requirements, including attendance, class prep submissions, and reporting deliverables.

  • Provide daily operational support to instructors, promptly addressing concerns and collaborating with relevant departments to resolve issues.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve classroom disruptions or challenges to ensure smooth course delivery.

  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of instructor task completion; escalate any performance issues to the Operations leadership team.

  • Support the onboarding and training of new instructors, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge of operational workflows.

  • Work closely with the curriculum and student services teams to ensure instructional support aligns with course requirements and overall program objectives.

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the experience for both instructors and students.


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.

  • At least 1 year of experience in education, program coordination, or administrative support.

  • Prior BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) experience is strongly preferred.

  • Proven background in customer service and/or quality assurance roles.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Comfortable managing a high volume of inbound and outbound communication in a fast-paced environment.
