We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist to support our growing team across multiple HR and finance functions. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in HR coordination, onboarding, payroll processing, tax compliance, and cross-functional support.​

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

HR Coordination

  • Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies and benefits

  • Support managers with employee relations and issue resolution

  • Oversee open enrollment, 401(k), and benefits administration

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Coordinate hiring, onboarding logistics, and training schedules

  • Manage system access and maintain organizational charts

  • Oversee structured exit processes and documentation

Payroll Processing

  • Process and review payroll via Paycom

  • Maintain accurate records of deductions, bonuses, and compliance

  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and manage compensation updates

Business Tax & Reporting

  • File state and local tax returns (e.g., B&O, sales tax, property tax)

  • Coordinate with tax advisors and manage Avalara system updates

Backup to Invoicing and AR

  • Assist with invoice generation and resolution of discrepancies

  • Support cash flow by ensuring timely processing

Accounts Payable & Cash Management

  • Manage ACH transfers, bank approvals, and vendor payments

Annual Audit Support

  • Assist with financial audits, documentation, and compliance reporting


Who are we looking for?

  • 2+ years of HR generalist or coordinator experience

  • Hands-on experience with onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Payroll administration experience, preferably with Paycom

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Familiarity with employee relations and compliance procedures

  • Experience with benefits, tax filings, and HR systems is a plus
