What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Fund Administration Oversight

• Act as the primary liaison for third-party fund administrators

• Review and validate NAV calculations, financial statements, and investor reports

• Approve fund expenses, management fees, and performance allocations

• Perform accuracy checks on administrator-prepared documents

Partnership Accounting

• Oversee partner allocation calculations and complex waterfall distributions

• Manage capital activity: contributions, redemptions, and transfers

• Review and approve capital call notices and distribution payments

• Maintain accurate records of partnership interests and ownership percentages

Team Management

• Supervise and coordinate tasks of outsourced accounting teams

• Develop workflows, SOPs, and quality control procedures

• Provide support and training to junior team members

• Identify process improvement and training opportunities

Audit Management

• Lead annual audit processes for multiple funds

• Prepare schedules, documentation, and financial statement drafts

• Serve as the key contact for external audit firms

• Address and resolve any audit issues or findings

Reporting & Compliance

• Generate internal and investor-facing financial reports

• Ensure reporting compliance with GAAP and fund standards

• Support regulatory filings, tax documentation, and due diligence requests

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 3–5 years of fund accounting experience (private equity or hedge fund experience preferred)

• Strong understanding of partnership accounting and distribution waterfalls

• Prior experience managing third-party fund administrators

• Proficient in GAAP and financial reporting standards

• Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting platforms/software

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
