We are looking for a Financial Systems Data Analyst to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of financial and operational data across multiple systems. This role focuses on data validation and controls, revenue and margin reporting, cross‑system reconciliations, and process automation using advanced Excel, delivering audit‑ready reporting and timely insights that support leadership decision‑making and operational performance.


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Build and maintain automated validation checks to ensure data alignment across systems
  • Identify root causes of data discrepancies and implement permanent corrective solutions
  • Design and maintain audit‑ready reconciliation processes and documentation
  • Ensure financial data accuracy and completeness prior to reporting and analysis
  • Maintain revenue, billing, and gross margin reporting with consistent data integrity
  • Support financial performance analysis by identifying trends, variances, and anomalies
  • Partner with leadership to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights
  • Develop scalable Excel models using Power Query, structured logic, and large datasets
  • Create reusable templates for system imports, reconciliations, and workflows
  • Automate manual finance and reporting processes to improve efficiency and reliability
  • Reconcile data across QuickBooks, Salesforce, and internal systems
  • Maintain supporting reconciliation files and ensure cross‑platform data consistency
  • Improve system alignment and reduce manual intervention across finance workflows


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is an advantage
  • 4+ years of experience in a finance, accounting, or data‑focused role
  • Expert‑level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query, large datasets, and validation logic
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts, including revenue, costs, and gross margins
  • Experience reconciling data across multiple financial and operational systems
  • Exposure to system integrations, data automation, or workflow optimization tools is an advantage
  • Experience with Power BI or similar reporting and analytics tools is an advantage
  • Background in staffing, managed services, or services‑based environments is an advantage
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to 100% data accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams
