What is your mission? 

• Lead and support the end-to-end migration from Sage Intacct to Workday.
• Configure, set up, and deploy Workday Financials, Workday Human Resources, and Workday Payroll modules.
• Perform data mapping, data transformation, data cleansing, and data validation activities to ensure accurate migration of financial and human resources data.
• Participate in post-implementation testing, quality assurance, and system validation processes.
• Collaborate with implementation partners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, document, and translate business requirements into effective Workday configurations.
• Evaluate existing workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and optimize processes within the Workday environment.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system architecture, workflows, integrations, process flows, and data mappings.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory compliance requirements, internal controls, and Finance and Human Resources operational standards.
• Coordinate with Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, and Information Technology teams to support system integration and business continuity.
• Provide project updates, implementation progress reports, and stakeholder communications throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Deliver post-launch support, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and continuous system enhancement activities.
• Contribute to long-term financial systems strategy, process modernization, and future platform enhancements.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading or supporting Workday implementation projects.
• Experience deploying and configuring Workday Financials, Workday Human Resources, and Workday Payroll modules.
• Strong background in financial systems, accounting processes, finance operations, or enterprise resource planning environments.
• Hands-on experience with data migration, including data mapping, data transformation, data cleansing, and data validation.
• Experience gathering, documenting, analyzing, and translating business and system requirements into scalable solutions.
• Strong understanding of financial workflows and dependencies across Human Resources and Payroll systems.
• Experience collaborating with implementation partners and cross-functional stakeholders throughout system implementation projects.
• Experience documenting system architecture, integrations, workflows, business processes, and technical specifications.
• Proven ability to conduct or support system testing, quality assurance, and implementation validation activities.
• Experience supporting compliance requirements, governance frameworks, and operational controls within enterprise systems.
• Experience coordinating system integrations involving Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, and Information Technology functions.
• Experience providing post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and ongoing system improvements.
• Experience with Sage Intacct is highly preferred.
• Prior experience with financial enterprise resource planning migrations, digital transformation programs, or enterprise technology modernization initiatives is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Workday architecture and enterprise system design principles.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable and sustainable system solutions.
