We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Financial Reporting Analyst with strong Power BI expertise to join our finance team. You will develop interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights, support planning and forecasting, and guide strategic decisions. This role involves close collaboration with Finance, Accounting, and Leadership to ensure timely, accurate, and business-aligned reporting.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports focused on financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and KPIs.

  • Analyze financial data, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and variance reports, and translate findings into clear insights and actionable recommendations.

  • Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to automate monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting processes.

  • Build and maintain robust data models and measures using DAX and Power Query.

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data across all reporting tools.

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes through timely and accurate reporting.

  • Monitor financial performance trends, identify risks or anomalies, and provide data-driven analysis.

  • Document data sources, calculations, definitions, and reporting standards for internal reference.

Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.

  • Proven expertise in Power BI, including dashboard development, DAX calculations, and data transformation using Power Query.

  • Solid understanding of financial concepts such as revenue recognition, cost allocation, budgeting, and variance analysis.

  • Hands-on experience with ERP or financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or QuickBooks.

  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on reporting accuracy.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to non-financial audiences.
