We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Financial Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating and distributing financial reports, maintaining accurate forecasts and budgets in the ERP system, and developing tools that streamline reporting processes. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial transparency and continuously improve reporting capabilities that influence strategic initiatives.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Generate and distribute monthly financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
Load and audit budgets/forecasts into the ERP system (NetSuite preferred) to ensure accuracy and compliance
Collaborate with departments to gather reporting requirements and develop actionable insights
Create and maintain reporting templates, dashboards, and tools to enhance reporting efficiency
Contribute to the implementation or enhancement of financial systems and ensure data integrity

Who are we looking for?

3+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with NetSuite and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Experience summarizing, analyzing, and presenting financial data
Ability to propose data-driven solutions and actionable recommendations
Working knowledge of PowerPoint (PPT) for executive reporting
