What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual lender reporting (e.g., rent rolls, income statements, balance sheets)

• Support inspection questionnaires and respond to ad hoc data requests

• Help create and maintain in-house monthly and annual financial analysis, budgets, and internal reporting

• Perform additional paperwork and administrative finance tasks as needed

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, or related fields

• Solid understanding of key real estate and financial terms: Cap Stack, NOI, Cap Rate, DSCR, LTV, etc.

• Moderate Excel skills (able to update, not build, financial models)

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Basic understanding of accounting principles

• Experience in commercial real estate asset management (senior housing, multifamily, or hotel) is a plus

• Background in finance/investment at a private equity firm, developer, or operator is preferred

• Familiarity with Yardi is a plus
