We are looking for a Email Support Advisor who can deliver prompt, professional, and knowledgeable assistance to customers via email and chat. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, particularly with solar energy products, and the ability to diagnose and resolve product issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Provide timely and courteous email responses to customer inquiries
  • Support both pre- and post-sales inquiries about products, order status, shipping, and compatibility
  • Diagnose product issues using customer input, images, and documents
  • Guide customers through setup and troubleshooting of solar systems (panels, controllers, batteries, inverters)
  • Collaborate internally to resolve order, warranty, and system design questions
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions using CRM and ticketing systems
  • Address complaints and provide part replacements or resolutions to retain customers
  • Track and report performance metrics like CSAT and First Response Time
  • Follow up on open inquiries to ensure resolution and satisfaction
  • Recommend process improvements and content updates for better efficiency
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned


Who are we looking for?

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service or technical support
  • Email/chat support experience preferred
  • Familiarity with IT or technical troubleshooting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong listening skills and attention to detail
