We are looking for an experienced and driven Amazon eCommerce Sales Specialist to manage and grow online marketplace performance across platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and more. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, optimizing product listings, analyzing data, and ensuring account health to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate has strong experience in managing eCommerce channels, is highly analytical, proactive, and can work independently with minimal supervision. This is a cross-functional role that collaborates with various departments to support the company's overall eCommerce success.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive performance across major eCommerce platforms, including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, and Target.

  • Conduct in-depth research to propose effective sales and marketing initiatives that boost profitability and online sales.

  • Plan and execute monthly and quarterly growth strategies, covering pricing, promotions, deals, quantity discounts, and selling programs.

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and product comparisons to maintain competitive pricing and high-quality listings.

  • Use pricing tools to manage competitive multi-channel pricing and maximize Buy Box wins to support customer retention.

  • Manage KPI dashboards and regularly generate performance, deal, and Buy Box reports to assess success and areas of improvement.

  • Lead the execution of project timelines for new initiatives aimed at enhancing channel performance and overcoming marketplace challenges.

  • Apply strong analytical skills to identify performance blockers, provide solutions, and communicate issues effectively with the team.

  • Demonstrate initiative, creativity, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Perform other related tasks and projects as needed.

Who are we looking for?

  • At least 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing eCommerce sales, particularly on Amazon seller accounts.

  • Proven ability to work with Amazon Account Support, resolving performance notifications, listing issues, and policy-related challenges.

  • Experience working with international companies, especially in the US, EU, and Australia.

  • In-depth knowledge of online retail trends, competitive analysis, and pricing strategies to optimize marketplace performance.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills for building reports, tracking KPIs, and driving data-based decisions.

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
