We are looking for a strategic, performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our direct-to-consumer (DTC) online marketing initiatives across all major digital channels. This role is ideal for a data-savvy marketer with experience in digital marketing and ecommerce. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving ROI, and increasing customer acquisition and retention through full-funnel marketing efforts.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM (Google Ads), paid social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), display, email (Klaviyo), and affiliate marketing to maximize ROI and revenue.

  • Own the digital marketing calendar and collaborate with creative agencies to deliver high-converting content that aligns with industry best practices and campaign goals.

  • Identify growth opportunities across platforms to drive traffic, expand reach, and increase conversion rates and customer lifetime value (LTV).

  • Plan and execute content marketing strategies for product launches, promotions, and evergreen campaigns, maintaining a consumer-centric focus.

  • Lead performance reporting across all digital channels, owning KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, engagement, retention, churn, and more to inform strategic optimizations.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (creative, product, analytics, and leadership) to align digital efforts with overall business objectives.


Who are we looking for?

  • 5–7 years of hands-on digital marketing experience

  • Minimum 1 year in a fast-paced DTC ecommerce business

  • Proficient in platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Klaviyo, and Google Tag Manager

  • Strong SEO knowledge and experience with YouTube marketing

  • Proven copywriting and proofreading skills to ensure compelling, error-free content

  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
