What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Plan, launch, and manage high-converting paid advertising campaigns across TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Google Ads

• Create or oversee the production of compelling short-form video content that boosts engagement and sales

• Build and optimize full-funnel DTC strategies including landing pages, email sequences, and retargeting efforts

• Monitor key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, AOV) and implement data-driven improvements

• Conduct ongoing A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, and audiences

• Collaborate with brand teams to ensure consistent messaging and creative alignment

• Support lead generation campaigns aimed at attracting independent brand partners

Who are we looking for?

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong DTC background

• Proven success in managing and scaling campaigns on TikTok, Meta, and Google platforms

• Hands-on experience with marketing CRMs and tools such as Zendesk, Hubspot, ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel

• Industry experience with US/EMEA-based FMCG, health & wellness, or nutritional supplement brands preferred

• A strong portfolio showcasing high-performing campaigns

• Skilled in creating campaign reports highlighting CPA, ROAS, CTR, and AOV

• Ability to ideate or produce engaging video content

• Flexibility to adapt to and learn new marketing platforms and tools
