We are looking for a highly analytical Digital Ad Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic platforms, while ensuring accurate tracking implementation, campaign optimization, and data-driven reporting dashboards. This role is responsible for building campaigns, executing tracking via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4, optimizing performance using structured metrics, and translating campaign insights into actionable recommendations to drive revenue growth.


What is your mission?

  • Build, setup, and launch end-to-end digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads Manager, and programmatic Demand-Side Platforms such as DV360, StackAdapt, Simpli.fi, Illumin, and Hivestack
  • Implement conversion tracking, pixels, and event tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) ensuring 100% accuracy before campaign launch
  • Perform daily campaign pacing, budget monitoring, and quality control checks to ensure efficient spend and proper scaling
  • Analyze client requirements and create omnichannel media plans and digital advertising strategies
  • Develop proposal decks and budget allocation sheets to support campaign execution and revenue generation
  • Execute data-driven campaign optimizations including bidding adjustments, audience targeting, placement exclusions, geo-targeting, and search query filtering
  • Create and maintain real-time performance dashboards using Google Looker Studio or equivalent business intelligence tools
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, campaign metrics, and return on investment
  • Collaborate with account management and sales teams to ensure campaign delivery aligns with timelines and business goals
  • Translate technical advertising data, programmatic bidding concepts, and attribution models into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders
  • Prepare post-campaign reports and performance summaries to support client retention and renewal strategies

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field
  • At least 1 to 3 years of experience in digital ad operations, campaign management, or performance marketing, preferably within an advertising agency or digital marketing environment
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, execution, and optimization
  • Experience working with programmatic advertising platforms or Demand-Side Platforms such as DV360, StackAdapt, Simpli.fi, or similar systems
  • Proven experience implementing and troubleshooting tracking technologies such as Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and conversion tracking pixels
  • Proficiency in Google Looker Studio or equivalent business intelligence tools for dashboard creation and performance reporting
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data cleaning, and data analysis
  • Strong understanding of digital media planning, campaign optimization techniques, and performance-driven marketing strategies
  • Excellent attention to detail and accountability in managing multiple campaigns and meeting deadlines
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into simple, actionable insights
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while coordinating with cross-functional teams
