We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Claims Processor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing invoices with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring that all payable amounts align with internal records. You will play a key role in maintaining seamless financial operations and communication across departments.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Review and verify incoming invoices to ensure accuracy before initiating payments.

  • Cross-check invoice amounts with system records to prevent discrepancies.

  • Prioritize and manage multiple payment-related tasks based on daily workload.

  • Monitor and assign payment-related emails for appropriate team action.

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, including Claims and Admin, regarding payment methods (credit card, check, ACH, etc.).

  • Support the team with GAP claim-related tasks as needed.

  • Maintain a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ensure clear and professional written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.


Who are we looking for?

  • 1–2 years of experience in claims processing (automotive or insurance) or accounting.

  • Prior accounting experience is a plus but not required.

  • HubSpot experience is strongly preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  • Ability to type at least 40 WPM.

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong eye for detail.
