We are looking for a compassionate and organized Career Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for students and graduates navigating the job placement process. This role plays a vital part in supporting student success by ensuring they receive timely guidance, job opportunities, and career resources throughout their employment journey.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for student inquiries and support

  • Encourage participation in the Career Services Course

  • Track student hiring progress and offer personalized guidance

  • Share live job openings with students as dental offices post new roles

  • Communicate with dental offices to coordinate hiring needs

  • Record placement data accurately and maintain student records

  • Build long-term relationships with graduates to track employment outcomes

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve the student experience

  • Meet or exceed placement and engagement goals set by the department

Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in career services, academic advising, or student support

  • Background in BPO, education, or high-volume support environments preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Empathy, patience, and a student-first mindset
