What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Analyze financial performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to support decision-making.

  • Monitor and manage production costs, budgets, and forecasts to identify savings opportunities.

  • Collaborate with operations to improve efficiency and align financial goals with manufacturing objectives.

  • Conduct profitability assessments, pricing reviews, and other financial analyses.

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations.

  • Produce monthly performance reports accurately and on-time.

Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the retail or consumer products sector.

  • Strong knowledge of international distribution cost accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.

  • Advanced MS Excel skills, including data tables, data manipulation, pivot tables, multi-variable analysis, and graphical/visual presentation.

  • Experience extracting data and running reports in NetSuite, Xero, and other financial or operational systems.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Educational attainment (degree requirements can be adjusted based on experience).

  • Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, CMA, Excel power user) are a plus but not mandatory.

  • Advanced Google Sheets skills are desirable but not essential.

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage but not required.
