We are looking for a Business Data Analyst with strong expertise in Power BI and MongoDB to drive insights across mobile app and physical product interactions. In this role, you’ll build and maintain reporting infrastructure that provides end-to-end visibility into user behavior — from product attachment to subscription renewals. Your data-driven insights will help shape pricing, product, and marketing strategies. What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Develop and maintain financial models and performance reports using large datasets across systems.

  • Build clear, actionable dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.

  • Design and automate reporting processes to improve accuracy and delivery time.

  • Analyze product- and app-level performance (e.g., attachment, activation, renewals).

  • Run and optimize MongoDB queries for both routine and ad hoc analysis.

  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to inform strategy.

  • Conduct scenario planning and predictive analytics to guide pricing and promotional decisions.

  • Translate complex findings into clear business insights for executives.

Who are we looking for?

  • At least 2 years of experience in financial analytics, business intelligence, or a related data analysis role.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and handling large datasets.

  • Skilled in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

  • Hands-on experience with MongoDB, including:

    • Writing, modifying, and executing queries using JSON or JavaScript syntax

    • Understanding of distributed NoSQL database systems

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights clearly.
