​We are looking for a Business Data Analyst to lead the development of scalable analytics solutions and dashboarding tools across corporate websites and digital platforms. You'll work with stakeholders across the globe, leveraging tools like GA4, GTM, BigQuery, and Looker Studio to turn data into actionable insights and optimize digital performance.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Build and maintain web analytics dashboards via GA4, Looker Studio, and BigQuery

  • Implement and manage tags with Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate KPI tracking

  • Translate reporting needs into analytics solutions in collaboration with product owners

  • Analyze engagement data to uncover trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities

  • Align with global stakeholders on data definitions, tracking strategies, and visualizations

  • Troubleshoot data integrity and recommend fixes for tracking issues

  • Document metrics, tracking plans, and dashboard configurations

  • Stay updated with best practices and platform updates in Google Analytics ecosystem

Who are we looking for?

  • 3–6 years of experience in digital or web analytics, preferably in global or large organizations

  • Proficient in:

    • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

    • Google Tag Manager (GTM)

    • BigQuery

    • Looker Studio

    • Dashboarding and data visualization best practices

  • Experience supporting digital product, web, marketing, or corporate communications teams

  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and working with cross-functional teams

  • Prior experience with global brand sites or internal communications platforms

  • Strong skills in UTM building and custom event tracking

  • Excellent ability to explain analytics to non-technical audiences

  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
