This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong communication skills and a proven track record in outbound outreach, lead qualification, and business development. You will play a critical role in identifying and engaging apartment property owners and managers, sparking interest in our services, and securing high-quality meetings for the senior sales team.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Identify and research potential apartment owners, operators, and decision-makers

  • Execute outbound outreach via cold calling, email, and social media (LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Qualify leads based on target criteria and schedule appointments for senior sales executives

  • Maintain accurate CRM records of all prospect interactions and lead status

  • Partner with marketing to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment

  • Meet and exceed KPIs for outreach, lead generation, and appointments booked

  • Provide insights on lead quality and market feedback to optimize outreach strategies


Who are we looking for?

  • 2+ years of B2B sales, lead generation, or business development experience

  • Experience in the real estate or multifamily sector is a strong plus

  • Demonstrated success in cold outreach and appointment setting

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead generation platforms

  • Highly organized and results-driven
