​We are looking for a strategic and analytical Associate, Trade Marketing to support product launches, pricing optimization, and cross-functional coordination between marketing, sales, and product teams. This role is ideal for a candidate with a background in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or manufacturing, who is experienced in developing go-to-market strategies, analyzing market data, and supporting pricing execution to drive sales and profitability.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

New Product Planning & Launch

  • Develop and implement channel pricing strategies for all product categories

  • Conduct regular and ad hoc pricing analysis to identify optimization opportunities

  • Support launch planning by defining deliverables and success metrics for post-launch audits

  • Create sales tools, guides, and training materials for new product rollouts

  • Coordinate with Sales and Product Development teams to ensure effective market entry

  • Lead the planning and execution of product launch activities

Post-Launch Product Management

  • Analyze product and channel performance and provide feedback to the Product Management team

  • Manage elements of the marketing mix (product, price, promotion, place) for in-market products

  • Update and monitor commercial price lists and price integrity

  • Develop fact-based presentations for customers, including sales stories and sample tracking

Market & Channel Strategy

  • Analyze market trends, pricing dynamics, and promotional performance

  • Prepare pricing and margin models to support business decisions

  • Coordinate Line Review process: align objectives, create presentations, manage logistics, and gather internal feedback

  • Resolve and manage potential channel conflicts through strong communication and adherence to engagement rules


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field

  • 3–5 years of experience in trade marketing within the CPG or manufacturing industry

  • Solid understanding of P&L and tariff impact on pricing

  • Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Knowledge of business analytics and sales performance metrics
