What is your mission?
The Associate Director for Recruitment (Client & Account Management Focus) plays a critical leadership role in overseeing the successful delivery of recruitment services to our clients and business stakeholders.
Acting as the primary liaison between Recruitment Operations and client-facing teams, this role ensures alignment of hiring needs, strategic execution, and service excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring that our recruitment solutions are tailored, timely, and aligned with client expectations
You will provide the best service to our partner
brands by performing these tasks:
Client Relationship Management
• Serve as the senior point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and strong alignment with client expectations.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client-side hiring managers, talent acquisition leaders, and other stakeholders.
• Lead regular calibration and business review meetings to discuss recruitment performance, hiring forecasts, and strategic adjustments.
Recruitment Delivery Oversight
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment delivery for assigned clients, ensuring timely and quality hires based on agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Work with recruitment leads to manage volume hiring, specialized roles, and client-specific sourcing strategies.
• Address and resolve any service delivery issues or escalations promptly and effectively.
• Anticipate sourcing challenges and provide proactive solutions.
Team Management & Development
• Lead and develop a high-performing recruitment team, including, but not limited to, account managers and recruiters.
• Monitor individual and team performance, ensuring accountability for recruitment metrics and client satisfaction.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, agility, and service excellence.
Reporting & Performance Insights
• Provide data-driven recruitment insights and reports to both clients and senior leadership.
• Track and manage performance metrics such as fill rate, aging requisitions, time-to-fill, and candidate quality.
• Recommend process improvements and share market intelligence to guide decision-making.
Process Excellence & Compliance
• Ensure adherence to recruitment workflows, documentation standards, and client-specific compliance requirements.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion practices in all hiring activities.
• Drive continuous process improvement to optimize recruitment delivery and candidate experience.
Who are we looking for?

• At least 7+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a minimum of 3 years recruitment management experience.
• Solid background in managing high-volume and/or specialized/corporate/niche hiring.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships, ramp-ups, and SLAs in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment analytics and reporting.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools, and recruitment technologies.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and balance strategic and operational responsibilities.
• Strong business acumen and ability to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
