We are looking for a strategic and analytical Associate Director for Compensation and Benefits to lead and manage total rewards programs that attract, retain, and motivate high-performing talent. This role will design, implement, and evaluate compensation structures, employee benefits, and wellness initiatives while ensuring compliance, equity, and competitiveness across all levels of the organization.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of competitive compensation and benefits programs, including base salary structures, incentive plans, bonuses, health benefits, and retirement plans.
  • Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure pay equity and alignment with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership, Finance, and senior management to align compensation strategy with business goals and talent acquisition plans.
  • Manage annual salary planning cycles, merit reviews, and performance-based compensation processes.
  • Oversee compliance with local and international labor laws, tax regulations, and reporting requirements related to payroll and benefits.
  • Analyze compensation data and HR metrics to make data-driven recommendations for compensation adjustments and benefit offerings.
  • Lead the evaluation and selection of benefits vendors, including insurance providers, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
  • Provide strategic guidance on executive compensation, job leveling, and organizational pay philosophy.
  • Partner with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition to develop compensation packages for key hires and promotions.
  • Lead internal education and communication campaigns to ensure employees understand their total rewards packages.
  • Create models and reports to support compensation-related decision-making and financial planning.
  • Manage and coach a team of compensation and benefits analysts or specialists.
  • Stay up to date with trends and best practices in total rewards, pay transparency, and evolving workforce expectations.

 

Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards; at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role.
  • Strong understanding of job evaluation, salary structuring, and pay-for-performance strategies.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale compensation projects across multiple regions or business units.
  • Deep knowledge of benefits design, healthcare plans, wellness programs, and vendor management.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms, compensation management tools, and payroll systems.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills; advanced proficiency in Excel required.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, global, or multi-site environment is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s or CCP certification preferred).
