We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support our Project Management team in delivering façade, window, or glass installation projects on time and within budget. This role involves coordinating with clients, vendors, and field teams, managing project documentation, and ensuring that timelines and budgets are tracked accurately. The ideal candidate has prior experience in construction or building finishing trades, excellent follow-up skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, technical environment.

What is your mission?  

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Project Support

    • Assist in planning and executing installation projects from initiation to completion.

    • Contribute to setting project goals, timelines, and key deliverables.

  • Schedule & Budget Management

    • Monitor and update project schedules to ensure timely delivery.

    • Track expenses and assist in budget planning and reporting.

  • Client & Vendor Coordination

    • Act as a key point of contact between clients, field teams, and suppliers.

    • Coordinate site visits, project updates, and related communications.

  • Documentation & Reporting

    • Prepare and maintain essential project documents, including plans, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

    • Generate weekly project status reports and proactively identify potential risks or issues.

  • Team Collaboration

    • Work closely with internal departments such as sales, production, logistics, and customer support to ensure seamless project execution.


Who are we looking for?

  • At least 1 to 3 years of experience in project or construction coordination, preferably in window/glass, façade installation, or building finishing trades.

  • Able to diligently follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion.

  • Hands-on experience in window installation or façade projects.

  • Exposure to construction drawing reviews or technical installations.

  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Microsoft Project is a plus.

  • Working knowledge of Bluebeam is an advantage.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
