We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Credit Control Officer to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the end-to-end debt collection process, monitoring outstanding balances, and ensuring timely collection of overdue payments across multiple entities. You will play a key part in maintaining financial accuracy by assisting in the reconciliation and posting of receipts, producing aged debtor reports, and supporting audit sample requests. Your role will also involve maintaining regular contact with customers, resolving account-related queries, updating customer portals, and distributing statements of account as needed.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Proactively managing and collecting debts across all entities.

  • Monitoring and following up on outstanding balances to ensure timely payments.

  • Assisting with the reconciliation and accurate posting of receipts into the accounting system.

  • Supporting the maintenance and analysis of the aged debtor ledger and generating reports.

  • Assisting with audit-related sample requests and documentation.

  • Maintaining regular communication with customers to resolve payment queries.

  • Updating customer portals and sending out statements of account as required.


Who are we looking for?

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in credit control or accounts receivable.

  • Familiarity with finance systems; experience with SAP and multi-currency transactions is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience using email and phone for customer interaction.

  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word.
