We are looking for a highly organized Assistant Account Manager II, CET with experience in property and casualty insurance. The ideal candidate will support client service teams by preparing insurance documents, managing data, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of certificate processing and policy delivery.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner client by performing these tasks:

  • Prepare proposals, summaries, specifications, and other documents using templates in Word and Excel

  • Process certificates of insurance (COI) daily for both new and existing clients

  • Verify that endorsements match COI request requirements

  • Coordinate certificate renewal needs with internal account management teams

  • Review policies and endorsements for accuracy and completeness

  • Prepare renewal certificates, including certificate holder lists and policy info

  • Maintain accurate documentation and records in the account management system

  • Scan and organize client communications and insurance documents

  • Participate in a CET Quad team under experienced account leaders

  • Communicate with internal staff regarding identified issues or discrepancies


Who are we looking for?

  • 2–5 years of client management or insurance-related experience (Property & Casualty preferred)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel

  • Experience with EPIC or other insurance/CRM systems is an advantage

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

  • Strong customer service orientation and professionalism
