​We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Asset Manager to oversee multifamily assets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing property performance, supporting revenue growth, executing capital improvements, and driving overall investment returns. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled asset manager with deep experience in multifamily real estate, particularly across West Coast markets.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Oversee the financial and operational performance of a diversified multifamily portfolio.

  • Monitor KPIs, identify underperformance, and implement corrective strategies.

  • Align asset performance with business plans, investment models, and fund goals.

  • Partner with property management to drive revenue and optimize net operating income (NOI).

  • Execute pricing strategies, leasing incentives, and cost control initiatives.

  • Identify opportunities for ancillary income and operational efficiencies.

  • Lead the planning and execution of renovation and capital improvement projects.

  • Coordinate with construction, design, and development teams to ensure project success.

  • Develop and manage annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and hold/sell analyses.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis across key West Coast markets.

  • Provide insights for asset-specific strategies to mitigate risk and capture upside.

  • Prepare and deliver regular investor updates, financial reports, and presentations.

  • Support refinancing, recapitalization, and disposition activities.

  • Coordinate due diligence efforts and contribute to investment committee materials.


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field (MBA or Master’s in Real Estate is a plus).

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management or acquisitions, with a focus on multifamily real estate.

  • Demonstrated expertise in value-add and/or core-plus strategies across multiple West Coast markets.

  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and investment modeling (Excel proficiency required; Argus is a plus).

  • Proven experience working with third-party property management and renovation teams.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
