What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Conduct detailed property-level analyses of in-place leases, tenant performance, capital projects, and financial/operating statements

• Evaluate leasing activity, analyze rental rates, and monitor property leasing strategies

• Prepare business plans and budgets, and track property performance against strategic objectives

• Deliver weekly summary reports, property updates, and quarterly investor reports on schedule

• Collect and distribute marketing plans and digital marketing performance reports

• Assist in developing compelling property reports and presentations for stakeholders and investors

• Maintain internal dashboards and performance tracking systems

• Provide support across additional projects and initiatives as needed

Who are we looking for?

• 1–3 years of experience in an analytical role within commercial real estate or financial services

• 2–4 years of experience in leasing, property management, and tenant relations

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate cross-functionally
