We are seeking an AR Collections Analyst to manage a high-volume portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely payments and reducing delinquency through proactive follow-ups. The role involves resolving payment issues, maintaining accurate ERP records, handling electronic invoicing platforms, and supporting month-end reporting.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Manage and take ownership of a collections portfolio.

  • Identify accounts requiring investigation and prioritize based on delinquency level.

  • Follow up on overdue accounts via phone and email to ensure prompt payment.

  • Escalate unresolved issues that may delay payments.

  • Handle declined credit card collections per company policy.

  • Research and apply or refund account credits.

  • Maintain accurate customer data in the ERP system.

  • Interpret bills of lading and proof of delivery documents.

  • Manage electronic invoicing platforms such as Ariba and B2B.

  • Provide account updates for aging reviews and month-end reporting.

  • Support special projects as assigned.

Who are we looking for?

  • At least 2 to 5 years experience in managing collections for high-profile client accounts (B2B) and reducing delinquency.
  • Proven track record with high-volume, high-profile client accounts.
  • Handling electronic invoicing (EDI, 3rd Party Postings) and submitting/re-submitting invoices via customer. portals (B2B, Ariba).
  • Monitoring payment status and resolving payment issues.
  • Exercising independent judgment and performing root cause analysis for problem resolution.
  • Building relationships with clients and sales teams to maintain a high percentage of collections.
  • Prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and ensuring accuracy in all actions.
  • Creative problem-solving and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise discretion on significant matter.
  • Willing to work on European (mid) shift schedule.
