What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Ensure timely and accurate posting and application/allocation of customer cash receipts
• Process and post credit card payments and issue refunds as necessary
• Investigate and resolve unidentified and unallocated cash payments
• Perform daily cash reconciliations and ensure bank deposits match posted payments
• Apply AR adjustments such as write-offs, credit memos (CM), and debit memos (DM)
• Handle credit card chargeback disputes promptly and file reviews as needed
• Monitor workflow using a ticketing system and manage incoming inquiries
• Support special projects and assist with other assigned duties as required

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable or cash application

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs

• Experience using Oracle – AR Module is highly preferred

• High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to work independently
