We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Billing Coordinator to join our finance team. This role is ideal for a proactive, organized professional with a strong background in billing, collections, and customer account management. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate invoicing, maintaining up-to-date financial records, and driving timely payments from customers.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Maintain the accuracy of contract status reports by entering change orders and contract updates into the accounting/ERP system

  • Generate and send accurate customer invoices and billing materials ahead of due dates

  • Manage billing communications with customers and field personnel confidently and professionally

  • Address billing disputes by notifying the Account Manager and assisting in resolution

  • Record customer payments and follow up on outstanding balances

  • Update customer accounts with payment history and financial data

  • Reconcile account discrepancies and ensure clean financial records


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

  • 5–7 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably within a high-volume Accounts Receivable environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions like VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF, and pivot tables

  • Experience with Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets

  • Prior use of Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) ERP system is strongly preferred

  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and organizational skills

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment

  • Experience in the 3PL/logistics or fulfillment billing industry is a plus
