What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Manage collections for high-profile B2B client accounts.
• Follow up on outstanding balances and resolve payment issues.
• Handle electronic invoicing (EDI, Ariba, B2B portals).
• Investigate and prioritize collections based on delinquency levels.
• Research and interpret billing documents for accurate account management.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely payments.
• Provide updates on account status and aging reviews.
• Work independently and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.

Who are we looking for?

• At least 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B collections and account management.
• Strong background in high-volume collections and electronic invoicing.
• Experience in monitoring payment statuses and resolving disputes.
• Ability to analyze root causes and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
• Willing to work on a European (mid) shift.
