​We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Acquisitions Analyst to join our growing real estate investment team. In this role, you will gain exposure to the full lifecycle of real estate transactions, from market research and financial modeling to due diligence, acquisition, and investor presentations.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Perform detailed underwriting and financial modeling for acquisitions and dispositions using advanced Excel functions.

  • Conduct market research on real estate trends, rental rates, absorption, and vacancy data.

  • Participate in property tours and site visits to assess investment potential.

  • Prepare offering memorandums, investment decks, and internal presentation materials.

  • Support investment committee meetings through data analysis and reporting.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Investor Relations, Capital Markets, and Property Management.

  • Assist in sourcing and negotiating debt or equity financing for real estate projects.

  • Review property operating statements, budgets, and financial benchmarks.

  • Research macroeconomic and property-specific data to support investment decisions.

  • Engage with brokers, property owners, and municipal representatives during market visits.

  • Participate in industry conferences and networking events to support relationship building.

  • Handle outbound calls to gather market intelligence or coordinate due diligence.

  • Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed.


Who are we looking for?

  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate, investment analysis, or a related field.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.

  • Excellent research and analytical skills with attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to present data-driven insights.

  • Comfortable making outbound calls and interacting with industry professionals.

  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
