We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team and play a key role in managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring the timely collection of outstanding receivables. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in billing, collections, and customer account management who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Accurately process and post incoming customer payments in a timely manner.

  • Generate and distribute invoices, account statements, and summaries.

  • Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due accounts to reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).

  • Communicate with customers via phone and email to resolve billing questions and discrepancies.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve customer account issues.

  • Reconcile accounts and investigate unapplied payments or variances.

  • Prepare and analyze accounts receivable aging reports for monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings.

  • Maintain accurate, organized records of all accounts receivable transactions.

  • Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reporting.


Who are we looking for?

  • 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a related finance/accounting role.

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and other accounting software.

  • Solid understanding of US GAAP and accounts receivable best practices.

  • High degree of accuracy, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
