We are looking for a proactive Accounts Receivable Representative to manage customer accounts, ensure timely payments, and support business growth through excellent communication, credit risk management, and customer service. In this role, you’ll build strong client partnerships, resolve account issues with empathy and professionalism, and play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Manage and strengthen customer relationships by monitoring payments and identifying growth or risk mitigation opportunities.

  • Engage with customers primarily over the phone and secondarily via email to ensure timely payments and resolve concerns.

  • Approve and release orders for assigned accounts, and provide backup support to teammates when needed.

  • Communicate in a professional, empathetic, and service-oriented manner during both inbound and outbound calls.

  • Resolve tense or escalated situations with patience, understanding, and effective de-escalation techniques.

  • Work within defined credit terms, managing accounts based on established credit limits.

  • Facilitate credit line increases by gathering necessary documents and supporting information.

  • Accurately maintain customer information and document all communication and activity within internal systems.

  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and department goals.


Who are we looking for?

  • 1–3 years of experience in collections, customer service, or account management (phone support preferred).

  • Proven experience in customer interaction with a strong focus on negotiation and conflict resolution.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and de-escalation abilities to maintain positive customer relationships.

  • Tech-savvy with a high level of PC proficiency and the ability to learn new software quickly.

  • Strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

  • Adaptability to changing processes and a positive attitude toward new challenges.

  • Team player who collaborates effectively and supports colleagues when needed.
