We are seeking a results-driven Accounts Receivable Manager to lead our Manila-based AR team and support the company’s fast-paced growth. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, this role is responsible for overseeing invoicing, collections, and dispute resolution while ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong analytical skills and a collaborative mindset, capable of driving timely collections, optimizing AR processes, and partnering cross-functionally with Sales and EDI teams. This is a hands-on role that combines strategic oversight with day-to-day operational excellence.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Manage, train, and mentor members of the Manila-based Accounts Receivable team.

  • Lead the timely collection of payments and ensure accurate cash application.

  • Oversee all invoicing activities across ERP systems, customer portals, and EDI platforms.

  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting on AR metrics and team KPIs.

  • Maintain, update, and enforce collections policies and procedures.

  • Partner with Sales Managers to resolve past-due accounts and improve collection processes.

  • Negotiate payment terms and manage non-payment cases.

  • Coordinate third-party collections when necessary.

  • Oversee chargeback and dispute resolution processes.

  • Deliver AR fundamentals training to new sales team members.

  • Support annual financial audits and collateral reviews.


Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Manager.

  • Experience using ERP systems, customer portals, and EDI platforms.

  • Experience in using NetSuite is a plus.

  • Experience handling US clients, suppliers, or vendors is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (G-Suite).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent time management and team leadership skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, approachable leadership style.

  • Exceptional attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • A college degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Business.
