We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to manage invoice matching, coding, and entry into the accounting system. The role includes resolving supplier queries, reconciling vendor statements, and conducting root cause analysis to address PO-to-invoice mismatches. Additionally, you will process employee travel and expense claims, handle payment forecasting, and assist with special projects. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively are essential for success in this role.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Match invoices to purchase orders, code expenses to appropriate GL accounts, and enter invoices into the accounting system.

  • Resolve supplier queries related to invoices.

  • Reconcile vendor statements of account.

  • Conduct root cause analysis and resolve PO-to-invoice mismatches.

  • Assist with special projects as assigned by the AP Lead or Manager.

  • Process employee travel and expense claims.

  • Manage payment forecasting and processing.

  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Who are we looking for?

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience as an Accounts Payable Analyst.

  • Experience in high-volume invoice processing (PO and Non-PO).

  • Proficiency in intermediate Excel and Microsoft Outlook.

  • Strong ability to perform root cause analysis and resolve issues.

  • Solid understanding of the Procure-to-Pay cycle.

  • Willingness to work on a graveyard shift.
