What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Process, verify, and reconcile invoices promptly
• Ensure invoices are accurately coded, authorized, and matched with POs or contracts
• Manage vendor communications, inquiries, and promptly resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate with internal teams for proper documentation and payment approvals
• Perform regular reconciliations of accounts payable ledgers for accuracy
• Assist in month-end closing with reports and supporting documents
• Support adherence to financial regulations, policies, and best practices
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and workflows
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of AP transactions
• Prepare and submit payment runs with the finance team
• Manage and process expense reimbursements in compliance with company policies

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar finance roles
• Strong understanding of AP processes and financial controls
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite is a plus)
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills to liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
