What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

• Process and reconcile vendor invoices and payments.

• Manage customer billing and collections to ensure timely receipts.

General Ledger Maintenance:

• Post journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger records.

• Support month-end and year-end close activities.

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and periodic financial reports.

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.

Compliance & Audit Support:

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and GAAP.

• Support internal and external audit activities.

Inventory Accounting:

• Reconcile inventory records and assist in inventory valuation.

• Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure accurate inventory tracking.

Who are we looking for?

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Comfortable handling accounting duties independently

• Strong skills in financial statement preparation and billing management

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
