We are looking for a Cost Accountant III to support accurate cost tracking, balance sheet integrity, and financial decision‑making through detailed cost analysis, reconciliations, and reporting. This role focuses on inventory, work‑in‑progress, accruals, and cost of goods sold, supports budgeting and forecasting, develops cost models and analytics, ensures journal entries and reconciliations comply with United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, and collaborates cross‑functionally to improve cost accuracy and operational efficiency.


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts, including inventorywork‑in‑progress, and accruals, in line with corporate policies and United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
  • Prepare and post journal entries related to inventoryreservescost adjustmentsaccruals, and deferrals
  • Maintain accurate product cost records, including raw materialslabor, and overhead costs
  • Ensure proper cost flow through Cost of Goods Sold
  • Perform regular cost trend and variance analysis and provide insights to management
  • Prepare cost reports and analytical summaries to support management decision‑making
  • Support budgeting and forecasting by analyzing cost driversactual performance, and margin results
  • Collect, organize, and validate cost data from multiple sources for ongoing analysis and reporting
  • Develop and maintain cost modelsreporting templates, and analytical tools using Microsoft Excel
  • Analyze data to identify patterns, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities
  • Assist in identifying and executing process improvement initiatives to enhance cost allocation and expense tracking
  • Coordinate with procurementoperations, and finance teams to ensure accurate cost inputs and timely financial adjustments
  • Communicate cost findings and financial insights clearly to cross‑functional stakeholders
  • Support financial analytics used by Financial Planning and Analysis for budgets and forecasts


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • At least four (4) to eight (8) years of experience in cost accountinggeneral accounting, or related finance roles, ideally within a manufacturing or operational environment
  • Minimum five (5) years of accounting experience supporting United States‑based companies
  • Strong general ledger accounting background, including journal entry preparationbalance sheet reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
  • Solid understanding of debits and creditsassets and liabilitiesaccruals, and deferrals
  • Experience in product costfreight costoperational, and logistics margin analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPPivotTables, and analytical formulas
  • Experience working with enterprise resource planning systems or cost accounting software
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration
  • Well‑organized, adaptable, and proactive in supporting continuous improvement initiatives
