Construction Accounting Manager

We are looking for an Accounting Manager who leads financial operations, ensures accurate reporting, and drives process improvements across accounting functions. This role focuses on financial reporting, general ledger oversight, compliance, ERP optimization, and team leadership. You will analyze financial data, provide actionable insights, and ensure strong internal controls while managing and developing the accounting team.


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Lead and develop the accounting team, driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Oversee financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards
  • Review and analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and actionable insights
  • Maintain integrity of the general ledger and accounting records
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, regulatory requirements, and internal controls
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders
  • Manage and optimize accounting systems and ERP platforms, including process improvements
  • Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure financial alignment
  • Support audit processes, compliance initiatives, and reporting deliverables
  • Drive initiatives that improve efficiency, reporting accuracy, and financial processes

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 5–7 years of professional experience in progressive accounting roles, including 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory capacity
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting standards, and accounting regulations
  • Hands‑on experience managing accounting operations, general ledger, and financial reporting processes
  • Experience using ERP or accounting systems, preferably Acumatica or similar platforms
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools
  • Experience supporting construction accounting or project-based environments, considered an advantage
  • Exposure to project management tools, including Procore or similar systems, considered an advantage
  • Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant, considered an advantage
  • Strong analytical and financial problem‑solving skills
  • Strong leadership and team development capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with ability to present insights to stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance
  • Strong time management and ability to handle multiple priorities under deadlines
  • Proactive mindset with strong ownership and process improvement focus
