What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Coordinates with the client's hiring managers and third-party service providers during the talent acquisition process, particularly with scheduling interviews.
  • Maintains the recruitment tracker for candidates endorsed by the recruitment partner.
  • Advertises internal job opportunities within the client's organization to promote career growth.
  • Sets up onboarding in the BambooHR System once new hires are identified.
  • Organizes employee new hire orientation, including New Hire Kits and a well-organized orientation schedule.
  • Partners with Talent Acquisition and Engagement Administrator II to facilitate employee engagement programs—both minor and major activities.
  • Assists in preparing expense reports for HR-related activities.
  • Prepares presentations and reports essential to the office.
  • Coordinates procurement and management of office supplies in partnership with the client’s HR Admin II.
  • Assists the Workforce Planning Analyst in maintaining workplace capacity (seat plan / designated pedestal).
  • Provides travel assistance to the client's employees during business trips to different client headquarters.

Who are we looking for?

  • At least 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR administrative roles, specifically within a shared services environment in the BPO industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and knowledgeable in Canva.
  • A background in HR employee engagement is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong team player who can work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic, high attention to detail, neatness, and punctuality.
  • Capable of proactively studying and applying new information without constant supervision.
  • Exhibits ongoing flexibility and a strong commitment to meeting goals.
  • Maintains honesty and integrity by keeping confidential business information secure.
  • Presents a highly positive attitude and professional demeanor.
