This role involves utilizing innovative sourcing strategies, conducting thorough candidate searches through various platforms and networks, and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. The Sourcing Specialist will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and ensure a smooth, efficient recruitment process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has strong communication skills, and excels at identifying the best candidates for various positions.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner client by performing these tasks:

Candidate Sourcing

  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Utilize various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing to find potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Candidate Engagement

  • Reach out to passive candidates and provide information about job opportunities.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability for specific roles.
  • Maintain regular communication with potential candidates to keep them engaged.

Collaboration with Recruitment Team

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics.
  • Provide insights on market trends and candidate availability.
  • Participate in strategy meetings and provide input on sourcing plans.

Database Management

  • Manage and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ensure all candidate interactions and communications are accurately recorded.

Employer Branding

  • Promote the company as an employer of choice by sharing the organization's culture, values, and benefits.
  • Represent the company at job fairs and career events.

Metrics and Reporting

  • Track and report on key sourcing metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and sourcing channel effectiveness.
  • Provide regular updates to the recruitment team and management on sourcing progress and challenges.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a sourcing or recruiting role.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using ATS, CRM systems, and sourcing platforms.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to Work-Onsite in Ortigas, Pasig.
  • Willing to work on a graveyard shift schedule.
