What is your mission?
 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Develop client expertise by learning about purchasing trends, costs, terms of payment, rules for vendor compliance, and program administration.
  • Display brand awareness while comprehending the item and the target market.
  • Maintain item set-up and factory profiles, according to customer requirements related to pricelists, product, and material specification, and ensure correct information is housed within our database systems and customer portals.
  • Manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate account mapping in Oracle Sales Cloud and EBS/ERP from account setup through timely maintenance of pertinent documents.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operational teams of the Supply chain to keep in touch across functional teams.
  • to meet to ensure that programs and orders are accurate and on schedule.
  • Review client program requirements and carry out with the assistance of cross-functional teams up until the release of the product or the completion of the program.
  • Initiate Ship Date Inquiry (SDI) and Quote Requisition through the EBS application and forward to Merchandise Sourcing Specialist partners.
  • Initiate Testing and Inspection requests in compliance with the company standards or customer requirements.
  • Produce business reports, carry out analyses, give stakeholders information, and assist with customer presentations.
  • Resolve customer escalations, Product and Packaging Management accuracy findings, vendor non-compliance chargeback claims or discrepancies, and conduct research and root cause analysis to prevent repetition.
  • Manage and drive your own performance versus the established clients scorecard.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and offer your knowledge to further innovative projects.
  • Assist in other ad hoc tasks to support program management initiatives.


Who are we looking for?

  • At least 4 years experience working in a BPO set-up handling consumer goods and supply chain industry.
  • Knowledgeable in Order Fulfillment and Order Management.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or any related field experience.
  • Knowledge in SAP and Oracle systems.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person, and over the phone.
  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in MS Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
  • Reliability, discretion, and efficiency at managing a high and demanding workload.
  • Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
